ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any portion of the AllTools web application, tools, or associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing and using the platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and AllTools.

THE SERVICE

AllTools reserves the right to modify, update, add, suspend, or discontinue any specific tool, feature, or component of the service at any time without prior notice or liability.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use AllTools for personal, educational, and commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and applicable local and international laws.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the AllTools platform—including source code, visual branding, user interface design system, brutalist aesthetics, logos, graphic assets, and editorial documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of AllTools and its creators, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property legislation.

Your Outputs Belong to You: Any text outputs, formatted code, generated assets, cryptographic hashes, processed files, or portfolio HTML documents generated by you using AllTools belong entirely to you. AllTools claims zero ownership, copyright, or royalty rights over data produced through your execution of client-side tools.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ALLTOOLS IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLTOOLS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

While all tools are designed and tested to execute accurately in-browser, software calculation errors or edge cases may occur. You are solely responsible for verifying critical mathematical, financial, cryptographic, or technical outputs independently before using them in production systems or business operations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLTOOLS, ITS DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COMPUTER FAILURE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM OR ITS TOOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

ADVERTISING & SPONSORSHIPS

AllTools displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to fund ongoing domain hosting, server infrastructure, and developer maintenance. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from application utility content. AllTools does not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for third-party products, applications, or services advertised on the platform.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued access or use of AllTools following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.
